How It All Started
I’m 40 years old.
I look 20, people still ask for my ID when I buy cigarettes or a drink.
I wasn’t always like this. I used to drink heavily, smoke nonstop, and party every single day.
I had money, so I didn’t have to work hard, which left me plenty of time to do all the wrong things: drinking, partying, women, and smoking daily, not just cigarettes.
Then I asked myself: how can I keep enjoying life without destroying my body?
Then I started seeing people around me, and even myself, starting to break down physically.
I started studying nutrition and the human body, how it all works, and why. I switched to eating healthy. I tried many diets and methods, and eventually, I built my own method, one that simply worked for me, and will work for you too.
At 34, I stopped drinking and going out to parties regularly, but I continued to smoke in small amounts, and of course, I continued with my nutrition routine.
Some of what I do is familiar to everyone, healthy eating, exercise, good sleep, calmness, and a positive mindset.
