01 The Beginning

How It All Started

I’m 40 years old.

I look 20, people still ask for my ID when I buy cigarettes or a drink.

I wasn’t always like this. I used to drink heavily, smoke nonstop, and party every single day.

I had money, so I didn’t have to work hard, which left me plenty of time to do all the wrong things: drinking, partying, women, and smoking daily, not just cigarettes.

Then I asked myself: how can I keep enjoying life without destroying my body?

Then I started seeing people around me, and even myself, starting to break down physically.

I started studying nutrition and the human body, how it all works, and why. I switched to eating healthy. I tried many diets and methods, and eventually, I built my own method, one that simply worked for me, and will work for you too.

At 34, I stopped drinking and going out to parties regularly, but I continued to smoke in small amounts, and of course, I continued with my nutrition routine.

Some of what I do is familiar to everyone, healthy eating, exercise, good sleep, calmness, and a positive mindset.

Moments That Sparked the Method

And some of the things, I invented myself. Things I figured out on my own. Powerful things, things nobody talks about, things nobody ever thought of, and things you’ll never hear about anywhere.

And I’ve been living like this consistently. I didn’t think it was special, it was just how I lived.

Then I started running into people from my past, and everyone asked: “How do you still look like this?”

How do you look so young? Even my brothers, and especially my little sister, always ask me: what’s your secret? How do you not change?

And that’s where this course started to form. Childhood friends and people I once knew, today they’ve aged. Some are balding, some have gray hair, others are out of shape or low on energy, you get the picture.

And when I see them, they ask me: how do you still look the same? What’s your secret? And more questions like that…
